A thoughtful merging of period and contemporary architecture, this revitalisation project combines century-old brick architecture with a modern sensibility. 1050 celebrates its location with sophistication, elegance, and a touch of nostalgia.

New pavilions surrounded by footpaths and greenery keep the courtyard open and airy, while boutique retail interiors wrap around the edges, arcade, and high street.

Cohesive Design

Stone floors, fluted cedar shopfronts and aged brass fittings complement the existing character, while the integration of fine modern details and high-quality materials refreshes the older buildings.

Materiality

Translucent pavilions open onto al fresco dining areas, linked by rustic limestone laneways and graceful landscaping. A magical space day and night, and a characterful new destination in the city’s food scene.
