Spiga is a restaurant that serves daily hand-rolled pasta, Roman-style pizza, and aperitivo. Its aim is to share Italian authenticity with all of its guests. Head chef Fabrizio Napolitano and maître d' Taryne Napolitano have gone above and beyond in their efforts to preserve the quintessential Italian soul, having personally sourced their ingredients from small family-owned producers in both Italy and New Zealand. It is this dedication to traditional craft that sets Spiga apart and has allowed them to create a home kitchen feeling at the heart of the 1050 precinct.
