Spiga is a restaurant that serves daily hand-rolled pasta, Roman-style pizza, and aperitivo. Its aim is to share Italian authenticity with all of its guests. Head chef Fabrizio Napolitano and maître d' Taryne Napolitano have gone above and beyond in their efforts to preserve the quintessential Italian soul, having personally sourced their ingredients from small family-owned producers in both Italy and New Zealand.
